Using a combination of Emotion Focused, Narrative Therapy and Culturally Sensitive Counselling, I will support you in your healing journey.

I specialize in high functioning anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, parental narcissism, how to navigate relationships, negotiating with one’s culture, finding your identity, and immigration stress.

As an immigrant myself, I have had my feet in two cultures and struggled to find a place and role in my community.

I understand what it’s like to want to fulfill cultural/familial responsibilities, while wanting to be independent, while managing work stress and gender roles.

It may often feel like you have two identities struggling for space.
